    • $2 - $20M investment size

    • Strong market position, brand, and/or barriers to entry

    • History of growth with strong continued growth prospects

    • Strong recurring or reoccurring revenue streams

    • Ideally family or founder owned

    • Demonstrated profitability

    • A strategic fit for existing platform companies, including synergies or competitive strengthening

    • Business Services

    • Consumer Goods & Services

    • Distribution & Wholesale

    • Software

    • Industrial Services

    • Manufacturing

    • Focus on the eastern United States, but ability to invest anywhere

    • Location agnostic for software

    • Buyout
