Brooks Carney
Brooks brings over a decade of expertise across small businesses, business transformation, strategic growth, and operational excellence to Blueiron Capital's companies. Brooks has led teams and strategic initiatives for pre-seed start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in-between to develop and execute growth plans, improve margin and financial performance, and create efficient operations through technology-driven transformation.
Brooks' first professional work experience was in his family's own small business, where he developed a passion for local businesses and their ability to drive positive impact in their communities. Brooks was raised in Charlotte, NC, received a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, and has spent his professional career in New York City.
Chadwick Cohan
Chadwick brings deep expertise in institutional commercial real estate, specializing in capital markets and acquisitions, to Blueiron Capital’s portfolio companies. He has worked with pension funds, private equity firms, and alternative investment managers to underwrite acquisitions and dispositions, driving strategic growth and maximizing investment performance.
Raised in San Francisco, Chadwick holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has spent his professional career in New York City.
